Acting as an internal strategic advisor, he is responsible for the overall coordination of legal matters within the company. In this role, he supports management boards and business owners in crucial decision-making processes, participates in strategy development, identifies and manages legal risks, and oversees collaboration with other advisors and external law firms. He ensures legal actions align with the company’s operational goals and brand image, combining legal expertise with a business-oriented approach to management.

He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to both domestic and international enterprises, including nationwide companies, SMEs, and startups. He has advised companies from various industries, including manufacturing, international trade, and biotechnology.
He is the author of publications on commercial law and securities law. He specializes in civil and commercial law. He is a Certified Advisor for the NewConnect Alternative Trading System.
He specializes in drafting and negotiating business contracts, taking into account mechanisms for securing the performance of obligations and their legal enforcement. He advises on mergers, acquisitions, transformations, and company divisions. [...].
He advises clients on intellectual property law and e-commerce law. He also provides legal counsel in real estate transactions.
He is a participant in postgraduate studies in New Technologies Law at SWPS University.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as postgraduate studies in business management at the Department of Management Systems and Techniques of the Poznań University of Economics.
He has extensive experience in reorganizing corporate legal structures and in the formation and restructuring of capital groups. He has been actively involved in resolving corporate disputes.
